You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please change your password immediately. AccBook is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We strive to keep AccBook available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
AccBook is a tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
AccBook is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of AccBook after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings → Your Data → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
AccBook and its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of the creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission. Your financial data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of AccBook will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. We will always try to resolve issues amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
